Speakers: Meredee and David Vaughn, Laughter Yoga Instructors

Brighten your spirit during the dark days of winter with Laughter Yoga, a technique created by a physician who believed that laughter is the best medicine to heal can heal the body and the world. These exercises will require no yoga poses, and can be done in a chair. Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on the floor.

Acclaimed for performances at Boulder’s Dinner Theatre, Bas Bleu in Fort Collins, and of course, Phamaly productions, at the Aurora Fox and Space Theater since 2004, Leonard has done 6 musicals with Phamaly (The Physically Handicapped Actors and Musical Artist League). Under the brilliant direction of Steve Wilson, and with a cast and company he loves, Leonard took on the role of Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha this summer, an awarded Best Actor in a Musical, 2009 Camera's Eye Theater Awards, Mark Collins Daily Boulder Camera.

Presently he can be found at Lannies Clocktower Cabaret, every Friday night till April 30th, in his Nat King Cole Tribute, downtown at the Clocktower, Arapahoe and sixteenth. Get your tickets well ahead of time cause every Friday night is a guaranteed sellout!

He also has a one man show called, “The LightBurst”, of which you are about to hear a snipit. Garnering multiple standing ovations wherever performed, Leonard has been too busy to start marketing the show, but it is the soul of him, what makes him tick, the reason he is here.

Claude will instruct us in the ancient Buddhist Metta Practice. In Metta, we direct our strong intention for welfare and happiness towards the self, then in a sequence of expansion, towards all others.
