Looking Back & Looking Forward Our New Year’s Day scripture this year was Ecclesiastes 3:1-13, made famous by The Byrds song, Turn, Turn, Turn. (Read the scripture here) The wisdom writer wants us to remember that there are natural season in our lives, and to respect those. In the last year, St. Paul’s has experienced the anxiety of transition, the loss of a beloved pastor through retirement, a new pastor and the natural changes that come through that, the security of traditions, and the excitement of new experiences. I am deeply thankful to be your pastor, and look forward to the seasons we will experience together in the year to come. We have compiled this slide show of highlights from the last six months at St. Paul’s to remind us of ‘The Times at St. Paul'. Speaker: Rev. Jessie Nelson Childcare Provided |

| 6:30pm | Feeding the Homeless 6:30pm: we will make sandwiches and assemble lunches at 6:30pm. It takes about 20 minutes and the lunches will be handed out the next day in Civic Center Park. It is too easy of a statement to say we are feeding the homeless. We are serving lunch to 50 people who are all someone’s brother, someone’s mother, someone’s daughter. We are showing love to someone who does not experience much love. |
